Who is Eligible

To receive Supported Living Services (SLS) in California, an individual must be at least 18 years of age, be clinically diagnosed with an intellectual and developmental disability (I&DD) - as defined in Section 4512(a)(1) of the California Welfare and Institutions Code.

If you are an established client through a regional center and are interested in becoming a Plan of Care SLS recipient, please contact your regional center's Service Coordinator to initiate your referral.
